The Packaging Waste and Cost Reduction Act will lead to less waste in landfills and incentivize manufacturers to use recyclable, reusable, or compostable packaging rather than single-use plastics and wasteful materials.
The Packaging Act is included in the Environment Omnibus Conference Committee report but needs to be passed today! Tell your legislators to pass the bill before time runs out.
