Conservation Minnesota works very closely with the non-profit organization Center for Energy and Environment (CEE). CEE’s mission is to promote energy efficiency to strengthen the economy while improving the environment. For over 30 years they’ve been helping Minnesotans save energy.
They provide Home Energy Squad Enhanced visits, which help homeowners understand their home’s energy use and provide personalized strategies for them to save money on their utility bills. For only $50 and in two hours or less, a team of two trusted energy consultants will perform tests to determine where a home is losing energy and also test the home’s heating system and water heater to make sure they are functioning safely. They can also install energy saving products like door weather-stripping, a programmable thermostat and more at no additional cost. All of which will help homeowners start saving right away.
Homeowners interested in saving money on their utility bills, having energy saving products installed, and providing a healthier, safer, and more comfortable home can set up a visit by calling Beth with CEE’s Home Energy Squad Enhanced at 612-335-5874 or visit CEE’s Home Energy Audit page to sign up online.
