The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is currently in the rulemaking process for a new law designed to address disproportionate exposure to pollutants in several communities. The MPCA is also developing new rules to better regulate industrial air pollution in the seven-county metro area.
On July 17, Conservation Minnesota will submit a statement encouraging the MPCA to take action to protect Minnesotans from harmful air pollution.
