A “Yes” vote means approving a $700 million investment in critical infrastructure programs across Minnesota, including funding for critical water quality programs and lifting the spending caps on programs like Water Infrastructure Funding and Point Source Implementation Grants.

A “Yes” vote means establishing stronger guardrails for data center development, particularly for clean water and clean energy, and ensuring protections for ratepayers and Minnesota’s natural resources.  

A “No” vote means not funding the Department of Commerce and the Public Utilities Commission and withholding investments in many clean energy programs across the state. 

A “No” vote means not funding the DNR, BWSR, and MPCA, and rejecting investments in programs to help all Minnesotans enjoy our Great Outdoors, including the Keep It Clean program, Outdoor Schools for All grants, and the Community Grants program, as well as several policy changes to help more people enjoy outdoor recreation across the state.
