A “No” vote means pollinator-friendly plants must be correctly labeled and consumers are informed if plants have been exposed to pesticides that could harm pollinators.

A “No” vote means penalties are increased for pesticide applicators that allow pesticides to drift on to state wildlife lands.

A “Yes” vote supports the clean energy-related policies listed above by moving the bill into conference committee to be reconciled with the senate’s bill.

A “Yes” vote means important infrastructure projects like the Andover landfill cleanup and wastewater treatment projects are financed with regular state bonds so they can move forward immediately. Also, the projects are less expensive because the state will receive lower interest rates and the integrity of the Environment and Natural Resources Trust Fund is protected.
