A “No” vote means rejecting regulations for data centers in Minnesota that would help protect ratepayers and water resources, leaving many of our state’s natural resources at greater risk from potentially rapid data center development, and threatening the state’s 100% carbon-free energy goal. 

A “No” vote means not funding the Department of Commerce and the Public Utilities Commission and withholding investments in many clean energy programs across the state. 

A “No” vote means not funding the DNR, BWSR, and MPCA, and rejecting investments in programs to help all Minnesotans enjoy our Great Outdoors, including the Keep It Clean program, Outdoor Schools for All grants, and the Community Grants program, as well as several policy changes to help more people enjoy outdoor recreation across the state.

A “No” vote means rejecting $700 million in investment in clean water and infrastructure across Minnesota, including funding for important programs to help cities and towns build and maintain drinking water and wastewater systems.
