A "yes" vote means—the Omnibus Bill passes and the state’s environmental and natural resource agencies are funded and programs like "No Child Left Inside," "Lawns to Legumes," the AIS watercraft surcharge and the School Trust lands are created and improved.

A “Yes” vote on HF 359 would add more items like mattresses to the list of products that are forbidden from containing harmful flame-retardant chemicals.

A “No” vote means pollinator-friendly plants must be correctly labeled and consumers are informed if plants have been exposed to pesticides that could harm pollinators.

A “No” vote means penalties are increased for pesticide applicators that allow pesticides to drift on to state wildlife lands.
