A “No” vote means a new tax credit would not be created and farmers and landowners would not be compensated for riparian buffers
The DNR’s state parks and trails funding will be shifted into the Environment & Natural Resources Trust Fund and numerous projects recommended by the LCCMR will be eliminated.
A “No” vote means Trust Fund dollars are used to backfill budget cuts and fund projects not recommended by the LCCMR.
A “No” vote means industrial facilities get an automatic 16-year grace period from addressing water quality discharge problems.
