A "no" vote allows for the repeal of the nuclear energy moratorium. If enacted, this provision would allow the construction of new nuclear energy facilities in the state.
A “no” vote means critical infrastructure projects are put on hold.
A "no" vote would have meant Renewable Development Account funds are not allocated and the clean energy projects would not go forward.
A "yes" vote means the habitat projects recommended by the legislative-citizen council receive Outdoor Heritage Funds and may move forward.
